LexEva is a newly released evaluation software developed for analysis in luminescence research and dating.
for routine TL dosimetry
Freiberg Instruments in partnership with The University of Resources, Freiberg, Germany offers training course in Luminescence Dating. This course includes the theory, principles and application knowledge required for Luminescence Dating and provides hands-on training to perform luminescence measurements and dating on lexsyg TL/OSL reader. The participants gain practical experience of PMT and CCD based luminescence measurements, as well as sample preparation.
Course Highlights:
Principles of luminescence, dosimetry and dose determination procedures for luminescence dating, including spatially resolved OSL dating
Operation of lexsyg TL/OSL reader, programming of measurement sequences and absorbed dose (palaeodose) calculation
Theoretical and practical aspects of sample preparation and more
